BACKORDERS - Generally, we will make only one (1) shipment per order. Because we want to fill your order as completely as possible we may decide to hold your order briefly for out of stock items. You will be notified by email if your order is held.
DAMAGES & ERRORS - All of our orders are packed carefully for shipment. If damage occurs in transit then contact the carrier who delivered your order. If we made an error, contact us within 7 days. We will correct our mistakes at our expense.
RETURNS - No returns after 30 days. Please write or call for authorization before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be in resellable condition. Be sure to send your return to:
